Challenge from ISIS and Bharat’s Foreign Policy

There are many issues a Foreign policy needs to address. But today thelogy inspired terrorism tops the list. The list can include Economic Growth, Global integration into an eventual confederation of states or a World State, Harnessing Technology for human welfare, Alternative Energy sources, Global Warming, Climate Change, Space Exploration, etc. The list is actually endless. We want to foster a debate on various issues. This article is an effort in that direction.

We start with an effective vision to checkmate and defang terrorism, the nadir of which today is represented by ISIS.

ISIS’ Ghazwa-e-Hind at Bharat’s door

Ghazwa is the strategy to provoke the victim to be defensive and in turn to attack it to wage a Jihad to convert to Islam all non-Muslims or kill them if they refuse to convert.

In the Indian context the incomplete conquest of Bharatvarsha (India) is about to be attempted once again by ISIS to convert Hindus to Islam at the point of the sword and wipe out “Kufr” (refusal to believe in Islam)

ISIS has bared its teeth with its threat to slaughter Kafirs (non-Muslims) and unleash a string of terror attacks that would make 9/11 pale into insignificance. ISIS talks about nuclear and germ warfare. They have already infiltrated Europe in a big way. In other parts of the globe the resident Muslim populations are their recruitment grounds.

Now it is up to us to respond in kind not by being kind.

Historically the typical Hindu response to the Ghazwa has been to offer platitudes followed by misplaced suicidal generocity that has proved fatal to Bharat’s (India’s) independence. The midwives of this calamity have been a litany of Hindu leaders starting with Prithviraj Chouhan (circa 1190) to Narendra Modi (2016).

Both of them along with all those who came between these two typical Hindu leaders, have all offerred platitudes to a cannibalistic enemy.

Lest we seem to be going ballistic, we can just restate a commonsense prescription for India’s presumptive future foreign policy to annihilate an enemy represented by the Ghazis whether ISIS or whatever other name they use.

1) You should have a factual understanding that the enemy wants to devour you.

2) You should have an instinct that the enemy has to be destroyed because it exists, not wait till it attacks you.

3) You should seek out the enemy with a single-minded determination to destroy it utterly. Same as you would fumigate your house to annihilate pests, rodents, cockroaches, termites, etc., the minute you see them in any unobstrusive corner.

4) You should have utter contempt for everything, absolutely everything that the enemy stands for. And you should have a forward policy to take the war to the enemy and not wait for the enemy to bring the war to you. In doing this you should neither talk to the enemy nor negotiate with him, till he is completely and permanently annihilated across this planet.

5) You should not warn or forewarn the enemy of consequences. You should always cause those consequences without a word in advance and never own them up nor deny them and continue to be at it till there is no enemy from Pole to Pole.

6) You should have a factual assessment of the enemy’s strengths and weaknesses so as to decide where, when and how to strike him to cause maximum damage to him.

7) You should have a single-minded determination to physically annihilate the enemy and act on that determination without fanfare, bravado or any publicity at all. Quite like Arjuna of Mahabharata for whom nothing else was visible other than “the eye of the fish” which was his target.

8) Any media attempt to cause irritants to this policy should be countered by making those mediapersons disappear wordlessly. Those who question this disappearance should be the next to disappear quietly. Media should be checkmated before operating against the enemy. As Bhisma and Drona were checkmated with deceit before Dushasan or Duryodhan were polished off.

9) There should be an undeclared emergency that strikes dead all useful idiots, commies, pro-terrorist psecs in the media, academicia, politics, etc who shield or defend the enemy through their writing and posturing.

The above is not an opportunity for the authors to vent their spleen, but is an attempt to suggest the bedrock of instinct behind a foreign and military policy to annihilate the enemy that humankind faces today.

Is there any leader today who is implementing it. Yes Putin comes closest in his foreign policy and Karimov in his domestic policy. Only they know the plain fact that a successful antidote exceeds poison in its potency!

Where is Modi’s Foreign and Home policy in checkmating and defanging the enemy?

Same where Prithviraj Chouhan’s was!

NOWHERE!!!

In this scenario what can be a possible future reality?

Realpolitik compels us to an unusual though calamitous and damnning foresight.

Sooner or later the ISIS will cause apocalyptic terror attacks across the globe. India along with Europe, North America, Russia, China and Australia will also be targetted. India is especially vulnerable to attacks from inside given a traitor population of over 100 million residing within our borders and surrounded by terrorist states on both borders.

When faced with ISIS terror attacks on India, either Modi sees sense and declares internal emergency, or the anti-terrorist Generals, Air Marshals and Admirals in the Indian Armed forces lead to a takeover of administrative functions and implement a foreign policy based on guidelines similar to the above.

Same holds true for world leaders and militaries be they in any country. This is a time for a final conclusive war, so militaries need to take the lead and shape humankind’s destiny worldwide.

In this final struggle all those who fight the ONE SINGLE ENEMY are natural allies of each other, be they Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, Yazidi or even Communist.

Hope the World’s military Generals are reading this Vision Statement.

There is no other hope for our World in this fight for survival against the cannibalistic  theology inspired terrorism of ISIS and their brothers worldwide.

In India’s (Bharat’s) context the realization of this vision statement would be the ultimate poetic victory of Veer Savarkar’s own vision of Hinduizing politics and Militarzing Hindus.

To conclude we will NOT say BKMJ ie Bharat Mata Ki Jai (Hail Mother India) – our instinct, vision and slogan is VINAASHAAYACHA DUSHKRUTAAM (Destroy Evil – read Theology inspired Terrorism)
