After 3rd time missing Tuktuki Mandal, last time from my place in October, has been recovered along with a baby girl, by Kolkata police on 26 July. Police acted under Calcutta High Court orders. The accused Babusona Gazi arrested. Now in jail.
Hon’ble Justice Debangsu Basak gave the order on 2nd August to keep Tuktuki Mandal at govt. run Sukanya Home at Salt Lake in Kolkata. Our advocates regularly attended the court dates. We’re in constant touch with Tuktuki’s parents. We are committed to cooperate this hapless family in all their troubles.
However it should be mentioned here that the accused Babusona Gazi’s friends and family tried their level best to scare and/or purchase Tuktuki’s father Subhas Mandal with various allurements. Even many local political leaders too tried to influence Subhas Mandal. We stood by him all along.
